Scare up some fun with the kids this Halloween by attending the 44th Annual Village Halloween Parade on October 31st. Anyone in costume is invited to join the march alongside hundreds of puppets, dancers and artists as they celebrate the occasion. Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade

Leading up to Halloween is an event CNN calls “the largest dog costume parade in the world”, as the 27th Annual Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade brings NYC dog lovers together for a day of socializing and canine costumery. The event runs from noon to 3 p.m. on October 21st at Tompkins Square Park in the East Village, so you won’t have to worry about missing any of your other Halloween activities. And if you happen to have a pooch with a penchant for dressing up, thousands of dollars in prizes will be given away to this year’s best fur-friendly costumes.

The Blood Ball

If you’re a professional in the mood for an upscale Halloween adventure, the elite venue Diamond Horseshoe is hosting a masquerade-themed fundraiser to support DKMS on October 26th at 8pm. Known as The Blood Ball, due to DKMS’ fight against blood cancer, the event hosts top-tier professionals from the beauty, entertainment, fashion and finance industries, as they strut their stuff in their best Halloween attire. But make your plans early, because the venue is sure to be packed with ghouls and ghosts looking to take advantage of dancing, special performances, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

Morris-Jumel Mansion

Manhattan’s oldest residence is the perfect destination to explore the real-life haunts of NYC, as paranormal investigator Vincent Carbone walks you through a three-hour supernatural journey at the Morris-Jumel Mansion. If it’s good enough to spook the cast of the TV show Ghost Adventures, you and your friends are sure to enjoy the unnerving experience of room-by-room ghost hunting and paranormal instruction. The events run year-round, so you won’t have to make special plans for a single evening. But with it being the Halloween season, the sooner you book, the better of you’ll be.

The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze

This year, Hudson Valley hosts the tri-state area’s biggest Halloween-inspired event at The Great Jack O’Lantern Blaze in the city of Croton-on-Hudson, NY. With hundreds of carved pumpkins lighting up the area’s bridges and walkways at night, along with carnival rides and fun activities for kids during the day, the event offers a tame-but-scary getaway from the hustle and bustle of New York City. We should also mention this is roughly the same area where the Headless Horseman is still haunting the woods to this day, so stay alert for any suspicious horse riders while you’re there.

Put together a group, a date or plan to take the family to this year’s NYC Halloween attractions by way of Luxor Limo, so you can enjoy the spooky entertainment while we take care of everything else. Just book a ride, pick your preferred vehicle, and we’ll make sure your ride is smooth and comfortable from start to finish.
